OUR ORGANISATION
Participating Practices:
The practices listed below are members of WatCom PBC Ltd and through their GP representation on the WatCom Implementation Group (IG) engage with the fundamental concept that Practice Based Commissioning is clinician led. WatCom IG generates ideas for service improvement and provides advice regarding proposed changes as well as acting as a forum for approving recommendations from the Executive Group (EG).
WatCom Executive Group:
The people listed below are the appointed members of the Executive Group (EG) up to 31st March 2011. The EG implements policy as agreed by the IG and manages projects for service development as agreed with NHS Hertfordshire. The EG is directly accountable to the WatCom Implementation Group (IG).
